CONSUL DEMOCRACY is a platform for participation

This guide explains what each of the CONSUL DEMOCRACY sections are for and how they work.

Register an Account

Before you can participate, you’ll need to create an account by filling out the registration form. After registering, please confirm your email address. Once these steps are complete, you'll be able to collaborate and take part in other activities.

Associated Partners

You can view the list of associated partners, including their names and contact information.

Smart Specializations

In the smart Specializations section, you can create topics for various needs. These topics can also act as invitations to discussions on specific subjects. Once you have a meeting link, you can include it in the description of your post. There's also a comments section where other users can engage, communicate, and share ideas.

Internships

The Internship section will feature various internship programs specifically designed for students. Each listing will include comprehensive details such as eligibility criteria, duration, application deadlines, responsibilities, and how to apply.

Participatory Budgeting

The participative budgets section helps people make a direct decision on what part of the municipal budget is spent on.

Polls

The polls section is activated each time a proposal reaches 1% support and goes to the vote or when the City Council proposes an issue for people to decide on.

Processes

In the processes section, citizens participate in the drafting and modification of regulations affecting the city and can give their opinion on municipal policies in previous debates.
